well here we basicly just make wallpapers and give eachother feedback and tips to improve and there are scans up for download. then there's posts in forums and groups for interacting.
basicly a community to spread the arts, however animepaper only support official arts and original arts, so anything of fanart wouldn't be uploaded here. but you can always share it on minitokyo.net and deviantart.com

btw after you submit a wallpaper it dosen't show up is because it's in the upload queue, after an admin gets to it, it may end up in session zero, the main gallery, or you may get a message saying it hasn't been accepted. for more info they have it in the FAQ

I would suggest submitting it to Session Zero first to get some feedback [and avoid a fine], but sometimes it just takes a while for walls to show up. Good luck, and welcome!
